Don Chapman is the Founding Organizer of the Rights and Freedoms March. He is also an airline pilot, civil rights advocate, and head of the Lost Canadians advocacy group. Don hold duals citizenship with Canada and the U.S and is also a proud member of both the Canadian-Chinese World War II war veterans and the famed WWII Tuskegee Airmen.

Commander (retired) King Wan is also a Founding Organizer of the Rights and Freedoms March. King is a retired Canadian Forces member, former commander of HMCS Discovery and serves as President of the Chinese Canadian Military Museum Society.
